Booking a trip with Latitude & Luxury Travel is a breeze! Simply fill out an inquiry form to get started, send a message/email, or call/text. You can expect to hear back from Latitude & Luxury Travel within 24-48 hours.

At Latitude & Luxury Travel, we provide a premium level of service, including an initial consultation and customized itinerary creation. While the consultation is free, a $50 deposit is required after the consultation but before receiving your tailored proposal. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in crafting your itinerary and will be applied toward your service fee upon booking.

At Latitude & Luxury Travel, we are committed to transparency and exceptional service. A small percentage of the total trip cost ensures you receive our full attention and expertise throughout the planning process and even into the trip. This fee is due at the time of booking, securing your reservation and guaranteeing a customized itinerary tailored to your desires.

Although we know plans change and unexpected situations may arise. However, the time and effort we invest in meticulously planning your dream vacation represent a valuable commitment. As a result, a $100 cancelation fee will apply in addition to supplier penalties.

Yes, we value our customers and when they share their experience with others. Any referral customer, along with the customer they were referred by will receive 10% off their current or future booking.
